This Privacy Policy describes how Stadium Music: Walkout Tracks ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Team Information

When you create a team in the App, we collect and store:

• Team name
• Season identifier (optional)
• Team color preference (optional)
• Team link token (automatically generated for Team Link feature)

1.2 Player Information

For each player you add to your team, we collect and store:

• Player name
• Jersey number
• Song title and artist name (if assigned)
• Apple Music track ID or local file reference
• Audio clip start time and duration settings
• Active status (whether the player is currently active)

1.3 Song Submissions

When parents or users submit songs through the Team Link feature, we collect:

• Player name
• Jersey number
• Apple Music URL
• Optional start time preference
• Optional notes or comments
• Submission status (pending, approved, or rejected)

1.4 Apple Music Integration

The App uses Apple's MusicKit framework to:

• Search for songs in Apple Music
• Play songs from Apple Music (requires an active Apple Music subscription)

When you use Apple Music features, Apple may collect certain information in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not have access to your Apple Music listening history, playlists, or personal music library beyond what is necessary to search and play the songs you select.

1.5 Local Files

If you choose to use local audio files (MP3, M4A, etc.), the App accesses these files through iOS file sharing. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Enable team and player management
• Process and manage song submissions through the Team Link feature
• Store your team configuration and player data
• Enable music playback during gameday
• Improve the App's performance and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Data Storage

Your team and player data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Supabase is a third-party cloud database service that provides secure data storage and management.

Data is stored with the following security measures:

• Row Level Security (RLS) policies to protect data access
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure database connections

3.2 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the App. You can delete your team and all associated data at any time through the App settings. When you delete data, it is permanently removed from our database.

3.3 Data Security

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Supabase

We use Supabase to store and manage your team and player data. Supabase's privacy policy and data handling practices apply to data stored in their systems. For more information, visit Supabase's Privacy Policy.

4.2 Apple Music / MusicKit

The App integrates with Apple Music through Apple's MusicKit framework. Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your Apple Music account information, listening history, or personal music library data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with Supabase, our database provider, as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
• Team Link Feature: When you generate a Team Link, the link and associated token allow anyone with the link to submit songs for your team. Only you (the coach) can view and approve these submissions within the App.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all your team and player data within the App.
• Modification: You can edit, update, or delete your team information, players, and song assignments at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your team and all associated data through the App settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Apple Music Access: You can revoke Apple Music access at any time through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Media & Apple Music.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by coaches and team administrators. While the App may contain information about children (player names and jersey numbers), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All data is entered by coaches or parents through the Team Link feature.

8. International Users

The App is currently available in the United States and other countries where the App Store is available. If you are using the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
