This Privacy Policy describes how Race Ready 5K ("we," "our," or "the App") handles your information when you use our iOS application. Race Ready 5K is designed to work locally on your device. Uptempo does not collect personal data from the current version of the App.

1. Information Stored On Your Device

Race Ready 5K may save the following information locally on your device:

• Your race date or target race timing
• Your beginner plan setup choices
• Your preferred run days
• Your safety acknowledgement status
• Your generated training plan
• Workout status, such as planned, completed, skipped, missed, moved, or repeated
• Race checklist items and completion status
• App settings, such as timer cue preferences

This information is used only to run the App experience on your device.

2. Information We Collect

In the current version, Uptempo does not collect personal data from Race Ready 5K. The App does not collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, or account login
• Precise location, routes, or GPS data
• HealthKit, Apple Watch, heart rate, calories, or step data
• Photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or files
• Advertising identifiers or analytics events
• Payment information. If you choose to buy the full-plan unlock, the purchase is processed by Apple StoreKit.
• Medical, diagnosis, injury, medication, pregnancy, surgery, or symptom history

3. Tracking And Third Parties

Race Ready 5K does not track you across apps or websites. The current version does not share app data with third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud-sync services.

4. Deleting Local App Data

You can reset your plan in Settings. You can also delete the App from your device to remove app data stored locally by iOS.

5. Children's Privacy

Race Ready 5K is not specifically directed to children and is not marked as a Kids category app.

6. Fitness And Safety

Race Ready 5K provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you experience chest pain, faintness, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, sudden sharp pain, or symptoms that worry you.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Race Ready 5K adds accounts, analytics, GPS, HealthKit, Apple Watch, cloud sync, additional purchase types, or other data features in the future, this privacy policy and the App Store privacy details should be updated before release.
